Steel Industry - William Hare intends to put £10m at its site in Risca, Caerphilly, with an extra £350,000 gave by the Welsh Government.
The organization intends to make the new openings more than two years at the site, which presently has 23 representatives.
Economy Minister Ken Skates said the organization would extend offices, improve fabricating capacities and make apprenticeships.
The organization, which gives built steel to development ventures, right now utilizes 1,700 individuals around the world.

Mr Skates stated: "As an administration, we have exhibited over numerous years how we are a relentless supporter of the steel business and the present declaration is confirmation of that".
The organization's CEO David Hodgkiss stated: "The procurement and speculation of the Risca office will keep on improving profitability, addressing our customers' needs through making nearby employments and supporting different organizations in the territory."
